Transitional Housing

Our vision is to free and equip men, women, and youth who are wounded, broken hearted and still in pain and suffering and make them whole again through the power and grace of God.

House of Hope Transitional Housing Program

Perimeter Church has partnered with House of Hope Outreach Ministry to open the doors of its first Transitional Home. This Home will care for single women and mothers with children that are coming from distressed situations. Clients will learn how to live their life by using the Gospel as their number one training tool.

This home has been a prayer of House of Hope Outreach Ministry for several years. With our strong prayer partners and the partnering of Perimeter Church, this is no longer a dream but a reality. We are looking forward to many homes opening not only in the Atlanta area but throughout the nation.

The Transitional Housing Program allows us to remove individuals from distressed situations and provide a sense of well being and stability in a Christian environment.

The Program is designed to identify single women and mothers with children in distressed situations, offer refuge, counseling and healing in a faith-based environment. This will be accomplished through the following avenues:

  • Bible Studies
  • Mentoring Programs
  • Group Sessions
  • Individual Counseling
  • Life Skills Training
  • Job Training

The Transitional Housing Program’s major objective is to assist single women and mothers with children re-establish their lives, break the cycle which they are currently in and bring them into a closer relationship with God. The program consists of a twelve month period in which the individuals will develop a relationship with the Lord while learning home skills, parenting skills, financial stewardship, leadership, responsibility and accountability.
